These Terms of Service govern your use of the AgentHub platform operated at hub.proassist-ai.com. By using AgentHub, you agree to these terms.

1. Platform Overview

AgentHub is a voice-first multi-agent platform where AI agents assist users through natural conversation. Developers can build, deploy, and monetize AI agents. Customers interact with agents via voice.

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the platform.

3. Developer Terms

• Developers may submit agents for review and approval.
• Agents must comply with our content guidelines and not provide harmful, illegal, or misleading information.
• Developers earn commission on sales facilitated by their agents, paid according to our payout schedule.
• We reserve the right to reject, suspend, or remove any agent at our discretion.

4. Connected Services

• You may connect third-party services (Google Calendar, Gmail, Slack, etc.) to enhance agent capabilities.
• By connecting a service, you authorize AgentHub to access your data on that service within the scopes you approve.
• You can revoke access to any connected service at any time.
• We are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of third-party services.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for unlawful purposes.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data or accounts.
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform's infrastructure.
• Create agents that impersonate real people or organizations without authorization.

6. Intellectual Property

Developers retain ownership of their agent configurations and knowledge bases. AgentHub retains rights to the platform technology and infrastructure.

7. Limitation of Liability

AgentHub is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform, including agent responses, connected service interactions, or transaction processing.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
