AgentHub ("we", "our", "us") operates the hub.proassist-ai.com platform. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Information We Collect

• Account information — name, email address when you register as a developer or customer.
• Connected services data — when you connect Google Calendar or other services, we access only the data needed to fulfill your agent's requests (e.g., reading calendar events). We store encrypted OAuth tokens but do not store your calendar or email content.
• Voice session data — voice conversations with agents are processed in real-time and are not recorded or stored.
• Usage data — session counts, agent ratings, and transaction data for agent economics.

How We Use Your Information

• To provide and improve the AgentHub platform and agent services.
• To connect your agents with external services you authorize (Google Calendar, etc.).
• To process agent commissions and developer payouts.
• To communicate service updates and notifications.

Third-Party Services

When you connect external services (Google, Slack, etc.), your data is accessed according to those services' own privacy policies. We only access the scopes you explicitly authorize and you can revoke access at any time.

Data Security

OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest using AES encryption. All data is transmitted over HTTPS. We use Google Cloud Platform infrastructure with industry-standard security practices.

Data Retention

Account data is retained while your account is active. OAuth tokens are deleted when you revoke a connection. You can request deletion of all your data by contacting us.

Your Rights

You can view, update, or delete your data at any time. To revoke connected service access, use the platform settings or contact us at fuat@nxtranet.com.
